This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. Parking Details: Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking. The garage is not accessible. The Neighborhood: Do you like a coastal setting? If so, this neighborhood may be to your liking. The Noyack neighborhood is on the ocean, a bay, or inlet. Often such coastal places have amenities and recreational activities on the waterfront that are attractive to residents and visitors alike. In addition to being coastal, Noyack is a very nautical neighborhood, meaning that it is somewhat historic, walkable, densely populated and on the water. This gives the neighborhood a very nautical feel, with some seaside and shipping feel, which some may really enjoy the sights and sounds of. Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $150 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Security Deposit Policy: A refundable credit card hold of $2,500 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival.
